2023 Noblesville Holiday in Lights Parade

2023 PARADE ENTRY FORM

***VIOLATIONS OF ANY RULES BELOW WILL MAKE YOU INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE PARADES. ***

 

*There is a maximum of three (3) vehicles per entry. Check-in will begin no earlier than 5:00 p.m. December 2 at 16th and Harrison streets the parade marshals will direct you where to line up.*

 

ENTRY INFORMATION:  

  • Regular registration is $25 and will be accepted until Nov. 28. Please make checks payable to “City of Noblesville.” 
  • *The City of Noblesville is waiving the entry fee to all nonprofits organizations that want to participate in the parade. A valid 501(c)(3) may be requested by parade officials to prove eligibility for the discount.*

 After completing this online form, please mail your registration payment to: Holiday in Lights Parade, 16. S. 10th Street, Noblesville, IN  46060

The Parade applicant acknowledges the City of Noblesville’s appointed parade officials may in their sole discretion, remove any parade entry, including day of parade participants, if the parade official, after consultation with at least one additional parade official, believes that the parade participant or any message of the participant included in the parade, may be or may reasonably be perceived as, generally offensive, vulgar or in bad taste in relation to the spirit of the parade.

For safety reasons and for planning purposes, all participants in the parade must complete a parade entry form. An applicant may be excluded from parade participation based solely upon failure to complete the parade entry form.

New for this parade:

  • Any political figure or candidate wanting to participate in the parade will be limited to 1 vehicle and no walkers.
  • Any nonmotorized entry needs to have reflective material or glow sticks/bracelets on any walkers to ensure their safety during the parade.
