Bridge of Flowers
PROJECT: Enhancement of the pedestrian overlook area of the Logan Street Bridge.
TIMELINE: Scheduled construction to begin August 8, 2022 and last approximately one month.
- Logan Street lane restriction (between SR19 and 8th Street) starts Monday, August 15, 2022. There will be one lane of travel in each direction. The westbound right turn lane will be temporarily removed during this time.
SCOPE: The Bridge of Flowers will include:
- 1,000 square feet of raised planter box area, of which approximately 230sf will be annuals maintained by Bridge of Flowers volunteers.
- Annuals will be seasonally planted throughout the year by volunteers.
- 90 linear feet of seating area.
- Variable height planter boxes for maintenance by all abilities.
- Two shade structures with overhead lighting.
- Donor recognition area.
OWNER: This is a public/private partnership between the City of Noblesville, Hamilton County, and a local business group.
