PROJECT: Stony Creek Pedestrian Trail Under State Road 37
TIMELINE: Utility work began in 2022. The construction team mobilized prior to Thanksgiving and will begin work after the holiday. Construction will continue in 2023 and the trail is expected to be open by early summer 2023.
PROJECT GOALS: Increased pedestrian safety and trail connectivity.
OWNER: City of Noblesville
ENGINEER: CHA Consulting
CONTRACTOR: Oclo
SCOPE: Adding a 10-foot wide trail under State Road 37 connecting existing trails and removing a vehicular barrier to pedestrians.
MILEAGE: 0.2 miles
ESTIMATED COST: $1.4 million
