PROJECT: Herriman Boulevard (Phase 4)
TIMELINE: Dependent on the completion of Herriman Boulevard Phase 3 and the construction of State Road 37 and 146th Street.
PROJECT GOALS: Increased mobility and connectivity.

SCOPE: Phase 4 will involve the roadway between DAG/IDI to 146th Street (pictured in red on the map above).
MILEAGE: 0.1 miles
ESTIMATED COST: $300,000

UPDATES
Phase 3 – Part of the SR37/146 Street Project
- Work south of 146th Street began in September and is ongoing. Construction is expected to be mostly complete in the fall of 2020.
- Work north of 146th Street is expected to begin after completion of the south portion.
- Traffic restrictions on Herriman Boulevard are expected to continue until 2021.
Phase 4 – City project
- Construction is expected to take place in 2021, dependent on SR37/146th Street construction. This could be significantly delayed if construction on the interchange is delayed.
- The scope is Herriman Boulevard from DAG/IDI to 146th Street.
