Our beginner class will develop fundamental skills and get you ready to take your talents across the area to many of our local pickleball groups.

1101 Did You Say Hearing or Earring?

This class it taught by a board-certified hearing instrument specialist.  If you find yourself struggling to understand conversations, or if your loved ones are thinking that you may be experiencing trouble hearing.  By attending you will learn how your hearing works, different types of hearing loss, how untreated hearing loss affects your health and well-being, how hearing loss is related to other health conditions, and information about how to get help at discounted prices.  There will be free hearing screenings available time permitting.

We all want strong healthy bones and the foods you eat play a role in keeping your skeleton strong.  In this class Deb will prepare three recipes using ingredients that support your bone health.  As always there will be lots of good food and good information.
