Finch Creek Park (Under Development)

This 200 acre park site is located in Wayne Township on the east side of Noblesville. By acquiring this large parcel of property, Noblesville has committed to provide accessible parks and recreation facilities for folks living east of SR 32, particularly, those in Wayne Township. Phase 1 expected to open in 2019.

The first phase of the 200 acre park will be developed over the summer and winter of 2018.  It will include Playgrounds, a spray ground, trails, shelters, restroom facilities, and parking.  It will also include 4 lighted pickleball courts, a lighted combination pickleball/tennis court and a lighted basketball court.  A maintenance facility will be built on the north end of the park along 166th Street adjacent to the existing Salt Barn.  The first phase of construction will encompass 27 acres of construction and will be mostly developed south of the Finch Creek Fieldhouse currently being constructed on the property.

Live webcam coverage of the construction can be watched here.

Additional phases of construction will commence as funding and designs evolve for the property.
