2019 NOBLESVILLE JULY 4TH PARADE ENTRY FORM

**NOTHING MAY BE THROWN FROM ANY PARADE VEHICLE DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS.
IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE, YOU MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE PARADES.
CANDY OR ITEMS TO DISTRIBUTED SHOULD BE HANDED OUT BY WALKING VOLUNTEERS.**

*There is a maximum of three (3) vehicles per entry. Check-in will begin no earlier than 1:00 p.m. July 4 at 16th and Harrison streets the parade marshals will direct you where to line up.*

 

ENTRY INFORMATION:  Please make checks payable to “Noblesville Fireworks Festival.”

 

  • Early bird registration is $10 and will be accepted until Wednesday, May 15.
  • Regular registration is $20 and will be accepted May 16 to June 17.
  • *New this year — The City of Noblesville is waiving the entry fee to all nonprofits organizations that want to participate in the parade if registered by May 15. After that date, they will be charged the early bird fee of $10. A valid 501(c)(3) may be requested by parade officials to prove eligibility for the discount.*

The Parade applicant acknowledges the City of Noblesville’s appointed parade officials may in their sole discretion, remove any parade entry, including day of parade participants, if the parade official, after consultation with at least one additional parade official, believes that the parade participant or any message of the participant included in the parade, may be or may reasonably be perceived as, generally offensive, vulgar or in bad taste in relation to the spirit of the parade.

For safety reasons and for planning purposes, all participants in the parade must complete a parade entry form. An applicant may be excluded from parade participation based solely upon failure to complete the parade entry form.
