NOBLESVILLE’s 40th ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARADE ENTRY FORM

**NOTHING MAY BE THROWN FROM ANY PARADE VEHICLE DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS.
IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE, YOU MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE PARADES.
CANDY OR ITEMS TO DISTRIBUTED SHOULD BE HANDED OUT BY WALKING VOLUNTEERS.**

Early bird registration is $10 per entry and will be accepted until Wednesday, November 14, 2018. Regular registration is $20 per entry and will be accepted through November 28. The City is waiving the entry fee to all nonprofits organizations that want to participate. Please make checks payable to Noblesville Christmas Parade. Complete and mail this form and payment to: Noblesville Christmas Parade Coordinator, Noblesville City Hall, 16 South 10th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060. Completed forms also may be e-mailed to mhoffmeister@noblesville.in.us.

Check-in will take place starting at 12:30 p.m. Please enter the parking lot by turning onto North 17th Street from Conner and make the bend to the left on Wayne Street (one way west). This is the only entry point for the parade route. Volunteers will be onsite to help stage vehicles to exit the parking lot’s North Entrance.

The Parade applicant acknowledges the City of Noblesville’s appointed parade officials may in their sole discretion, remove any parade entry, including day of parade participants, if the parade official, after consultation with at least one additional parade official, believes that the parade participant or any message of the participant included in the parade, may be or may reasonably be perceived as, generally offensive, vulgar or in bad taste in relation to the spirit of the parade. For safety reasons and for planning purposes, all participants in the parade must complete a parade entry form. An applicant may be excluded from parade participation based solely upon failure to complete the parade entry form.
