Clerk

The City Clerk is an elected office that keeps the city seal, prepares agendas, takes minutes, and keeps all records for the Common Council, all Council committees, the Board of Public Works and Safety, and various boards and commissions. The Clerk is responsible for public advertisement of meetings and legal notices and assists the public with requests for information. The office manages city ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and Riverside Cemetery records. The Clerk also serves as the statutory Clerk of the Noblesville City Court.
