The City of Noblesville is invested in the success of its historic downtown. The Community Engagement Manager serves as the merchant liaison being the first point of contact for downtown businesses. This position oversees and implements a coordinated approach to community engagement efforts with our non-profit partnership to promote the city's downtown district.


Community Events

The City of Noblesville partners with Nickel Plate Arts and Noblesville Main Street to host more than 60 events per year including First Fridays, Street Dance and Small Business Saturday.

Banner Art Program

The City of Noblesville and Nickel Plate Arts are partnering to continue the banner art gallery to be displayed on the downtown Noblesville street poles beginning in June. The program will showcase artwork by local artists in the Hamilton County region. The culture of art in Noblesville makes the city a vibrant place to both live and visit. 

The banner exhibit will enhance community awareness and appreciation of the artistic talent in the city. For more information on how to apply, click here.


Façade Improvement Grant Program

The City of Noblesville's Facade Improvement Grant Program is designed to stimulate downtown investment, maintain and expand the economic contribution of the Central Business District, promote architectural appreciation and initiate aesthetic improvements in downtown Noblesville. For more information and how to apply, click here.
