We will always be devoted to mitigating human pain and suffering as well as improving the health of our community.
The EMS Division will accomplish these goals by:

History
The Noblesville Fire Department has been providing EMS services to our community in various formats over the years. In 1998, the department started providing Basic Life Support (BLS) and transport services to our community in conjunction with Advanced Life Support (ALS) Services from Riverview Health. In 1999, our organization was certified as an Advanced Life Support Provider by the State of Indiana, allowing us to provide both BLS and ALS services.
We currently employ 91 Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and 37 Paramedics who respond to approximately 3,880 medical emergencies per year and also fill the role of firefighters. Staffing typically consists of ALS engines and BLS ambulances. Our personnel are highly trained and function under the Medical Direction of Dr. Greg Faris. Along with progressive protocols, we provide 12 lead ECG acquisition and transmission, EtCO2 monitoring, CO monitoring, CPAP, the King Vision Video Laryngoscope System, EZ-IO, and the Lucas Compression Device to deliver superior care to our patients. We also strive to constantly improve the services we provide through training, education, and Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement programs.
