Riverside Cemetery
Riverside Cemetery was established in 1827. Riverside Cemetery was first mentioned in City records on June 26, 1851; however, the earliest known burial marker is dated 1824.
Riverside Cemetery is located in Downtown Noblesville along the banks of the White River. The cemetery is maintained by the City of Noblesville Street Department and is available to all regardless of race, creed or ethnic heritage.
In May of 2008, the City of Noblesville dedicated a memorial to all veterans including those buried in Riverside Cemetery. The monument is located on the north side of the cemetery at the end of Maple Street.
For information on purchasing burial plots, interments or the history of Riverside Cemetery, please contact City Clerk Evelyn Lees.
