Community Service Officers
The Noblesville Police Department has two Community Service Officers who handle a variety of tasks that include responding to and investigating animal complaints, assisting stranded motorists and motorists who have locked themselves out of their vehicles, traffic direction, abandoned vehicle complaints, VIN checks, and numerous other responsibilities. These officers make a substantial contribution to the continued operation and growth of our organization.
The Community Service Officers are normally available between the hours of 6:30 A.M. and 9:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. For additional information, please contact Community Service Officer Becky Knowles at rknowles@noblesville.in.us or Manny Arriaga marriaga@noblesville.in.us. They may also be reached at 317-776-6340.
