Professional Profile

Mark Boice began serving his fifth term on the Noblesville Common Council in January 2024. After graduating from Noblesville High School, Boice received a degree in business management with minors in business operations and international business from Indiana University. In 2002, he continued her education by graduating from Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program.

Boice works as a senior regional manager with Chrysler. In the community, Boice is an active member of the Noblesville Lions Club, Noblesville First United Methodist Church and National Truck Equipment Association. He was a past board member of the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce and Noblesville Education Foundation.

Boice is an Eagle Scout and has earned private pilot and commercial driver’s licenses. He was a 2010 Indianapolis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award recipients, a 2011 Hamilton County Leadership Academy graduate and was recognized as a finalist for Noblesville’s Businessman of the Year Award in 2004 and 2007.

Family: Wife, Kristen; and daughters: Ali and Kate.

For his first four terms, Boice served as an At Large official, representing all of Noblesville and its voters in city limits and Noblesville Township. Beginning in January 2024, Boice became the District 4 representative, which includes: Morse Overlook, East Harbour, Carrigan at the Levee, The Levy, Crystal Lake, East Ridge, Feather Cove, Morse Park Estates, Windwood at Morse, Lakes at Prairie Crossing, Fairways at Prairie Crossing, Greens at Prairie Crossing, Woods at Prairie Crossing, The Ridge, Forest Hill Estates, Garver's Village, Lakeview Court Apartments, Don Mar Mobile Home Park, Northside, Lincoln Park, Broadview Manor, Northridge, Fairfield Farms, Ar-Les Acres, Allison Trails, Potters Woods, Waterside at Northlake, Highlands Prairie, The Meadows, Roudebush Woods, Roudebush Farms and Monarch Springs.
