The City of Noblesville is seeking input from current and potential residents to establish a vision for its housing market. The city held a Housing Vision Study Input Session in mid-December and has created a short survey to gather additional public feedback for those who were unable to attend. The survey, which can be found online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/X3SW572, allows participants to share their thoughts and preferences on what type of housing should be planned in the city.

“Your input will be referenced in the ongoing Housing Vision Study,” said Noblesville Planning Director Sarah Reed. “It is the city’s goal to garner as much input as possible. Please feel free to share this survey with fellow peers, neighbors, friends, and family interested in the future of housing in Noblesville.”

The survey will be available online through Monday, January 15.

The purpose of this project is to develop a vision plan for Noblesville’s housing strategy based on the 2016 Housing Analysis and input from community stakeholders. The proposed vision principles include a diverse housing stock, community/amenity connections, adaptive reuse/highest and best use, walkability, vision platform and to honor our history. Noblesville previously completed a housing study indicating the housing demands and trends of the area in 2016. The study may be viewed at here.
