The Southwest Quad neighborhood is located south of downtown Noblesville and east of the White River. The purpose of the study is to strengthen the district by equipping residents with information to make a difference and inform strategic partners of the neighborhood priorities.
The Noblesville Planning Department and Innovative Planning, LLC met with residents, business owners, and key stakeholders over a period of three months in 2014 to develop the revitalization plan that sets the neighborhood on the path towards being a vibrant community.
