The 2009 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) is a continuation of the 2008 project of replacement of sidewalk ramps within the City to meet ADA requirements. This project will continue in the northeast portion of Old Town Noblesville. In total, approximately 150 ramps are scheduled to be upgraded. As a part of the 2009 Street Rehabilitation program, these same streets will be resurfaced with asphalt. This project is scheduled to bid May 12, 2009 and begin construction in early June.
