Human Resources Department
The Human Resources Department is responsible for coordinating development and administration of personnel policies and procedures and related areas, such as ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations. The department also maintains City personnel records, which includes insurance coverage and pension plans.

The City of Noblesville participates in the E-Verify® program. E-Verify® is an Internet-based system that compares information from an employee's Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to data from U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration records to confirm employment eligibility.
